La French Education Property Trust Limited (FEPT) est la Charity qui a emprunté 21M£ sur 25 ans à trois banques françaises à des taux avantageux pour financer l’école de Kentish Town. Le remboursement de la dette se fera sur les frais de scolarité, ainsi que sur la collecte de dons de particuliers ou d’entreprises.

Les directors de FEPT recherchent un chargé de mission d’expérience susceptible de récolter £3M, au minimum, pour le site de Kentish Town.

The Kentish Town School Project is looking for an experienced fundraiser for a 4 to 5 days a week consultancy contract for 1 year. Job specifications and profile are set out below. ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSABILITIES FOR A FUNDRAISING SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSABILITIES : Set up of an institutional investor database including the key French and International decision makers based in London / Preparation of a marketing document including regulatory, accounting and tax aspects / Organisation of client meetings / Marketing of the Kentish Town project in order to raise funding and negotiation with interested corporations / Objective of a minimum £3M raised / Reporting line to Project Manager

TARGETED PROFILE : High level access to major French and international companies based in London / Track record of marketing to these companies for the sale of services / Previous experience in fundraising / Commercial qualities to pitch institutional investors and raise funding / Fluent in French and English / Knowledge of the French education system abroad (and in UK in particular) / Work experience in UK and French environment
